MS Outlook - latest build 15.23 is crashing with the following error:

It is very unstable and keeps hanging 90% of the time resulting in a crash with. Long-time OSX users who use Microsoft Office just cringed. You got the infamous “updating font menu EXCBADACCESS” crash. Immediately on startup. Open any Office app. Word, Excel, Outlook, doesn't matter.

On different launch attempts I have noticed that the crashed thread will change. This is thread 3, other times it has been thread 5 or thread 8.
